What Is Service Credibility?Service Credibility is a comprehensive professional development program for all levels of customer service employees. Originally developed for the customer service call center environment, it can easily be adapted to suit other service applications. The central theme of Service Credibility is learning how to create incredible customer experiences by applying the Academy for Corporate Excellence’s Credibility Model to customer service interactions. In this highly experiential program, participants learn and practice key concepts through three interactive workshops. But the learning doesn’t stop there! Between workshops, learning teams work together to further reinforce and support the application of workshop skills. The program’s success is due to its simplicity and the idea that customers are human beings, so customer service centers should be as well. What Do Participants Get?Well, in addition to the learning and development gained through the experience of Service Credibility, participants receive a professionally designed packet of materials. This packet includes the main reference guide, two practice books, and a note pad, all packaged in a custom Service Credibility folder which is sized so that people will carry it and refer to it on a regular basis. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are recognized for their success with a Service Credibility lapel pin and recognition card.
