How does Service Credibility Work?

Well, there are a number of options to meet your particular business needs while maintaining the integrity of the program. We've designed Service Credibility so it can work within your scheduling needs. However, there is a commitment required to make Service Credibility successful for your organization. It goes beyond a simple training program and therefore requires some planning and thoughtful consideration about how it will be implemented.

What Does the Program Look Like?

The process is focused around the three workshops which are typically spaced out at monthly intervals. This spacing is important since it demonstrates a commitment to truly improving service and it's significantly different from a "one-time" training session.

In addition to the workshops there is work that participants complete between sessions that puts Service Credibility into practice for your organization right away.

Who Facilitates the Service Credibility Workshops?

A certified Service Credibility Facilitator from the Academy for Corporate Excellence will initially facilitate the workshops. And, the Academy facilitators can handle your entire staff if you desire. Additionally, there are certification options we can discuss where we will work with you to identify people to be certified as Service Credibility Learning Facilitators. These internal resources can then facilitate the workshops for you. There are also many variations and combinations to the above, so it's really in everyone's best interest to talk about your specific needs and we can design a process that works for you.
